Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or fire up one of the BBQ grills located just downstairs. Beach access allows you to spend countless hours on the sand, and enjoy a range of aquatic adventures!Seasonal, complimentary beach chairs are included with this vacation rental. These will be available upon checking in with the lifeguard in front of the property. They are offered at Adventures at Sea, which is situated directly in front of the complex.Things to KnowGuests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.This rental is located on floor 11.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
