Once in the living area, take in the gorgeous views of the gulf from your private balcony or venture up to the loft area where there is a queen bed, king bed, and a half bathroom. From your private balcony, you can see the pier and watch the fireworks during the holidays. This condo is the only condo at The Ambassador with this loft space and a half bathroom. This beachy gem is great for small families or couples looking for a romantic getaway.Location, location, location! The Ambassador is centrally located to multiple restaurants, shopping and fun things to do! Shuckums is directly across the street, Diego’s Burrito Factory, the All American Diner, and Gulf World Marine Park are all within walking distance. Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant and Dusty’s Oyster Bar are within two miles of this condo as well. Pier Park is a small walk away and Wal-Mart is a short car ride down the road. Parking pass needs to be left upon departure or there will be a $50 charge if the pass is not left.You must be 21+ years of age to rent this condo. A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 1 day prior to arrival.This condo will allow for long term renters/snowbirds for the months of November to the end of February.
