There are ceiling fans in both rooms as well.• Cable TV and Netflix are both available. 32 inches TV in living room and 50 inches TV in bedroom.• High speed Xfinity WIFI, which is well suited for remote work or school.• Well equipped kitchen with stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, dinnerware, cookware, grill tools, basic spices.• Retractable screen door. Two lounge chairs and a table to enjoy balcony.• One assigned off-street parking spot for the unit.
