This clean, spacious, recently updated 3 bedroom (2 bed/bunkroom), 2 bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing family vacation for up to eight guests.Our Emerald Coast paradise on Panama City Beach feels like your home away from home. The 1250 square foot floor plan is extremely spacious. Ceramic Tile & Wood Laminate Flooring for cleanliness. For your convenience we have a keyless entry system for a no hassle check- in. No waiting in long lines! Upon entering the unit there is a bunk-room to your left. The bunk is equipped with a full sized mattress on the bottom & a twin on top. This room has a 32″ TV with cable. To your right, you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed, full closet & 32″ TV with cable. The first of two full bathrooms is located across from the queen bedroom. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. The kitchen has all full sized appliances including a dishwasher, range, microwave & side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The eat in kitchen also includes white cabinets and granite counter-tops and a counter bar with three stools, a kitchen table seating four and a bar height table with three additional stools for quick meals or snacks. The spacious living room has a love seat and sofa, 50″ TV with Roku and cable, a coffee table and two end tables. The sofa pulls out to a full-size bed if needed. Watch the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets from the living room or out on the private balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, 50″ TV with cable & his and hers closets. It has a sliding door with private access to the balcony for direct gulf front ocean views. The Master bathroom has a double vanity with two sinks. The master bath also includes a recently updated walk-in tile shower with a bench and grab bars. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a full sized washer & dryer..
