The pool and laundry room is communal.**Strict no party policy** (see house rules below for additional details)The Space:Bedroom 1: First Bedroom has a King size bedBedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a queen size bedBedroom 3: Third Bedroom has 2 queen size and 2 twin size beds*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.There are a total of three full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55″ Smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi.The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.Guest Access:Access is by private door with door code.Guests will have the entire house to themselves.The Neighborhood:This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.Getting Around:Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot.Other Things to Note:House rules:• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 10 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)• Quiet hours run from 11pm – 8am (this is a multi-unit, family friendly property)• Check-in is anytime after 4PM• This building is monitored by external security cameras• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.READ CAREFULLY: This property has a swimming pool, which has NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and poses aserious risk of personal injury and/or property damage to all who use it or the surrounding area. Bybooking this property, the guest acknowledges and agrees that any and all use of the pool by the guestor the guest’s party will be AT the GUEST’S OWN AND SOLE RISK.Use of the swimming pool is at the tenants/guests’ own risk. An adult must be present at all times. Tenants and guests must practice reasonable caution when using the pool/hot tub. The host/property manager is in no way responsible for injuries incurred by tenants or guests while using the pool. The Pool is not guaranteed to sustain any constant temperature due to weather and other natural causes. The host/property manager is not responsible for any loss of use that may result from weather, maintenance, or any other circumstance that might deem the pool temporarily unusable. All necessary maintenance/repairs to the pool or spa will be the responsibility of the property owner, except when such repairs are due to negligence or misuse by the guest.
