The separate garage is set up as a play room – tv, foosball and more. Short walk to beach with 6 beach passes included and 1 mile walk or free Point2Point shuttle into town to visit restaurants, antique shops and great coffee or treats. Dogs welcome and backyard is fenced. Backyard has a gas grill, deck and lawn. Come enjoy the beach, the lake and the neighborhood.
