This Kailua, beachside, pool home was completely remodeled in 2019 with all new kitchen, bathrooms, pool house, pool surround, landscaping, TV’s, furnishings, etc. And NO CLEANING FEE on 30 day bookings!Each room has an individually controlled AC system. The primary bedroom has bath ensuite. The poolside king room and queen room share a bath. The twin room and king room share another bath. The poolhouse has an outdoor shower and 1/2 bath.Smart TV’s can be found in the living room and pool house. The pool house has a large refrigerator and a wine refrigerator.The home is one block from world-famous, 2 .5 mile long Kailua Beach (Voted #1 by Dr. Beach in 2019) There are no roads to cross to access the beach making this home ideal for your family beach vacation!By law this home can only be rented once in a 30 day period. Price is negotiable depending on number of occupants and length of stay.
