Located just one house back from the beach with stunning gulf views from the balconies, one block to the Seaside Amphitheater and air stream row, and only 10 steps to the East Pavilion beach access this cottage location if a preferred favorite of many families. Walk up the stairs and step into the glass-surrounded great room with the turquoise seas calling. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves against the beach. Watch the famous gulf sunsets from the sofa, or walk the 10 steps to the beach entrance. Look out at night at the lights on the famed East Ruskin Pavilion right outside the windows. Take a stroll to Bud and Alley’s for dinner or a drink or perhaps an ice cream at Heavenly Shortcakes. After sunning on the beach, riding bikes, or being our guest at the private Seaside Swim and Tennis Club, curl up in one of the (2) king primary suites. Both feature king-size beds with plush linens to indulge.The second-floor king primary bedroom has a private bath with double vanity and marble shower along with great ocean views and a gulf-side balcony along with a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge. The other king primary is for the late sleeper and is located on the first floor with its own bath with a double vanity, marble shower, morning kitchen, and screen porch access. The third oversized suite has two sets of double bunk beds to comfortably sleep four with plenty of play space, a 32′ TV, play table and chairs, and a private bath. The home has been furnished locally for that great Seaside feel.The open-concept kitchen includes stainless appliances and a GE stainless steel dual-fuel range. Vetrazzo (recycled sea glass) countertops and dark stained wood floors round out the fresh, clean look. Under counter 2-drawer refrigerator with mini freezer. This kitchen does not have a full-size refrigerator.DirectTV HD is located throughout the house. There’s a large 46′ LCD TV and DVD in the living room, along with 32′ LCD TV’s in each of the three bedrooms.
