This beautiful 5br, 4.5 bath STR is brand new construction completed in December 2022. It sleeps 14 and features three master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The upstairs masters have vaulted ceilings with beautiful stained pinewood. The property also boasts a 6-bed bunk room with a couch and plenty of space to play. There is an additional queen bedroom and both a large pantry and butler’s pantry with an additional full-size refrigerator and freezer.The massive deck on the main floor has views of the ocean, bay, and a nice backyard pond with lots of wildlife, including ducks, cranes, and blue herons. The beach access walkover is at the street making for a short 3-minute walk to the beach.Wristbands for Pointe West Beach Club amenities are $25 per person for the stay and sold by the Beach Club. However, golf carts dune buggies, or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
