Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, Panama Paradise has it all!Luxurious and modern retreat located just across the street from the pristine sandy beaches. As you walk up to the condo you will find a large balcony with rocking chairs over looking the pool. Pass the balcony into the condo you are greeted by spacious and open living area. The walls are adorned with tasteful coastal artwork, and the furniture is stylish and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The living area seamlessly flows into the kitchen with a large counter for eating or sitting, also has a table with chairs. Kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and kitchenware. Take the hallway and you will find twin bunkbeds. After the bunkbeds you will find a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo, vanity with mirror and all the amenities you need. Pass the bathroom is the bedroom with king bed, ample storage space for your belongings, washer/dryer in a separate closet, large closet, sliding glass door that leads to a balcony with a beach view. The balcony has table and chairs and a beach shed that is loaded with beach amenities. Sit on balcony and watch the sunrise/sunset or sit on front porch in rocking chairs. It’s close to many entertainment options, including Shipwreck Island Water Park, Pier Park, Russell Fields Fishing Pier and Frank Brown Sports Complex. Grocery store and restaurants are a five minute drive.Please note this condo is not baby/toddler proof. We do provide outlet covers and cabinet locks for you to put on if needed. Do need to climb stairs to second floor.Please note there is no elevator. Condo comes with 1 parking pass only. Can purchase additional passes.We follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures to comply with CDC recommended guidelines.Only emergency maintenance work orders will be issued if unit is occupied. Minor issues will be handled between check outs to help decrease any chance of contamination.Always email for last minute deals or with any questions.If you are looking for a place to party or be loud, this condo is not for you! No pets allowed.
