See house rules below for more information**The Space:Bedroom 1: First bedroom has a queen size bedBedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a queen size bed*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55″ Smart TV with high-speed wifi.The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.*This unit does not face the water – there is a common back yard space that can be accessed by all the guests with access to the beach.Guest Access:Access is by private door with door code.Guests will have the entire house to themselves.The Neighborhood:This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.Getting Around:Parking – Guests are given one parking spot (#8) in the parking lot in front of the building.Other Things to Note:House rules:• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property.
