High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.We are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. The Beachview Complex has a pool, a tennis court, and plenty of parking.Beach chairs in the unit provided for your enjoyment.Navarre Beach is a family-friendly destination with amazing sugar soft white sand. Recently voted the number one uncrowded beach in Florida!Beachview Beachin’ is the perfect destination for your family and friends.Our goal is to provide you with one of the most delightful, extremely clean, and enjoyable vacation condos you will find.You are guaranteed to make memories here that will last a lifetime.*Please Note:NO boats, jet skis, trailers, RV’s or campers of any kind allowed in the parking lot!!Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):*Exceeding maximum occupancy.*After first warning for disruptive behavior.*Bringing any type of pet into the home.*Smoking in or around the home.*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund.Date/stay changes cannot be altered after the booking has been made.
