Here are some great features of the Beachy, Breezy Family Bungalow:- A comfortable king memory-foam bed in the downstairs master bedroom.- The upstairs loft bedroom includes 1 queen size memory-foam bed, 1 comfortable double bed and an adjoining bathroom.- A/C in both bedrooms and in the Great Room.- The Great Room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa bed, complete with A/C and blackout curtains.- The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs, along with a Keurig coffee maker.- Lanai is furnished for relaxation with a chaise lounger and table, and also pool and beach toys and beach chairs. Excellent view of the sunrise, golf course and Ko’olau mountain range.- Cable TV’s in both bedrooms and in the Great Room – a smart TV with cable, and WiFi included of course.- This space is set up with your family in mind – Graco pack n play with 3-inch memory foam mattress, baby gate for stairs, toys and pool toys and kettle for boiling water are all available if needed.- Kuilima Estates has 3 swimming pools with charcoal BBQ areas in each and tennis courts.- Easy walk to the beach – calm cove (great for snorkeling) with built-in umbrellas for shade.- The nearby Turtle Bay Hotel offers numerous walking/jogging paths, bike trails, surfing & paddle boarding classes, horseback riding and more!The condo contains a stacked washer/dryer capable of handling small loads during your stay. You are assigned 1 designated parking stall (maximum 2 vehicles – please request an additional parking pass if needed).Before your check-in, we will send you a code so you can enter the secured gates to the parking area. You will be able to access keys to your condo via lockbox. There is one short flight of stairs from the parking stall to the condo, as the unit is on the second floor. When you enter the condo, you will find the pool gate key and also the parking gate FOB so you can leave and enter as you please.The entire 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is yours in addition to a dedicated parking stall in a gated community. You have access to 3 swimming pools, tennis courts and BBQ areas. Your condo is located just outside of the popular Turtle Bay Resort, just a short walk away. All condo guests can take advantage of a majority of hotel amenities: restaurants and bars, beaches, walking and jogging trails, surf lessons, stand-up paddling, horseback riding, kayaking, helicopter tours, Hawaiiana activities, and golfing. The Point, the hotel’s poolside bar, is a great spot to indulge in poolside/surfside dining and drinks, as well as live entertainment. *Please note: Hotel swimming pools are for registered guests of the Turtle Bay Resort only.* You will have access to the 3 great swimming pools located within the gated community of your condo.
