Our family cottage has provided joy and memories for decades, and after fixing it up over the past year we are excited to rent it out for guests to enjoy.This breezy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage has a covered front porch with a twin bed for an additional sleeper, a cozy living room with TV and super strong wifi, and a 70s style kitchen with all the pots, pans, spices and silverware you could need.The backyard has an outdoor shower, hammock, picnic table, fire pit, and grill for cookouts.Our cottage is located on Bay Avenue, the Hampton Jitney stops right on our corner, and is down the street from the gentle Peconic Bay where you can walk and take a swim – 5 minutes away from Rocky Point Beach, Trumans Beach, 10 minutes from Orient and Greenport, and 15 minutes from Vineyards galore.Please note* Orient Point Beach is open to non residents with cars. You can bike, walk or take a car service to all other beaches.While we have been working hard to refresh my grandmas cottage, it is still a little rough around the edges, so if you are looking for something super sleek, this may not be the place for you. Greenport Carousel and Sylvester Manor are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Island's End Golf and Country Club and Kontokosta Winery. Norman E.
