The cottage is nicely decorated and recently renovated with LPV flooring. It is perfect for small families, a couple’s getaway and spending time with your furry friends. The cottage is a 6-minute walk to the beach for shelling, sunning and sunsets and to the Intracoastal waterway (ICW) for kayaking, SUP, crabbing and fishing! The Island’s shops, restaurants, grocery and other amenities are also within a short walking distance.The shaded fenced backyard is perfect for a game of cornhole or letting the kids or dogs run around. An outdoor shower and a separate foot shower are perfect for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach! A fully equipped kitchen, a gas and charcoal grill are perfect for meals at home. In the evening, relax in the wooden swing, the cozy rocking chairs on the front porch or under the string lights on the deck and feel the ocean breeze.Linens and towels are included. Professionally cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Beach towels, beach wagon, beach umbrella, games and boogie boards provided. The cottage has a variety of indoor and outdoor games perfect for all ages, including cornhole. Two medium crates are in the cottage.
