Welcome to Bear Down Den at Eagles Nest!This stunning home, completed in Fall 2023, features breathtaking mountain views, four King bedroom suites, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces and huge outdoor fire pit!Construction notice: A new home is being built next door to this home. Please note that construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm.Bear Down Dean is centrally located within the community. As you step to the front door, you are greeted by the spectacular mountain views of which you will continue to see throughout the home. This well-appointed home features the much-desired great room/kitchen open floor plan with the magnificent fireplace as the focal point. The home provides numerous comfortable seating arrangements ideal for seated dining and entertaining. The spacious kitchen features granite counters, well stocked cabinets for your cooking and baking needs, stainless steel appliances including gas range, and a large island perfect for entertaining. The convenient coffee bar/bar with beverage refrigerator sits separately and includes a Keurig and a standard coffeemaker. This area is very spacious allowing an extra area for additional storage to keep your vacation home well-ordered during your stay.On the main level is the first King bedroom suite with a 55-inch TV, ceiling fan, and deck access for you to step out and enjoy the peaceful mornings. The attached bath features a tiled shower and double granite vanity. Upstairs are three more King suites, each with their own TV and ceiling fan, and spacious closets equipped with luggage racks. All three suites have a private bath with tub/shower and granite counters. Upstairs you will also find a loft with a full-size sleeper. This area with beautiful views can serve as a dedicated office/workspace with a desk or game area. There’s also queen sleeper sofa in the great room on the main level for the house to sleep up to twelve (12).The expansive outdoor deck, complete with a covered fireplace area, overlooks long range mountain views. This is a popular spot to gather offering soft seating, high bar stools and a dining table seating 8 ppl. In the backyard, you’ll find a large fire pit with seating and an extensive flat back yard for kids to play all overlooking the mountainside. Bear Down Den’s location cannot be beat as it sits minutes between Eagles Nest’s most popular features being only minutes from the new tennis/pickleball, basketball courts, and a impressive playground at Camp Eagles Nest; and then only minutes of North Pavilion Sportsman’s Lodge and the Eagles Nest Winery.OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-10% Discount – Excluding Holidays.When staying at Bear Down Den, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.- All linens and towels provided for your stay.- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.- Mature, well trained dogs only, Pet rent is $25/night each plus tax, 2 Dogs max.- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.- Please note that the owners of this home use a security cameras to monitor the exterior entryway of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time.
