Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property by the City Code Officers with no refund and additional fines from the City of Big Bear if they receive a noise complaint.This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
