Nestled in a quiet community only minutes from downtown Highlands, the property is surrounded by nature so you’re in your own little oasis even though you’re so close to town.Great for families with four bedrooms spread out on three floors with two primary bedrooms with an en suite.The home features a number of gathering spaces for enjoying the mountain lifestyle. The main family room features vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. The lower level game room has a large screen TV, a pool table and a wet bar. The grand screened-in-porch with woodburning fireplace is the perfect location to gather any time of day. When the perfect weather tempts you outside, gather around the firepit and soak it all in.A circle driveway, parking court, and carport provide ample room for guest parking.
