This 5 year new house has an open concept island living – built for entertaining and feeding your family on those days when the weather pushes you indoors. A large front deck, covered side deck with grill and fireplace, and a bunkhouse with additional deck space provides great platforms to enjoy the outdoors. In the back, there is a large grassy yard for grass-based enjoyment. As far as accommodations… a lakefront master bedroom with master bath, large kitchen/living area with dining for 10, full bathroom, guest bedroom with personal entrance on main floor. A loft area with half bath, queen size bed, a futon, and a bunkroom with 2 queens and 1 twin enable you to keep your guests and children all sleeping comfortably! Bear Island also sports many walking/running trails where you can enjoy seeing the many deer and other wildlife that Bear Island supports. This property is truly an Island Paradise!
