The property is adjacent to the VAST (Snowmobile trails) network, and less than 10 minutes from Lake Raponda and Harriman Reservoir, which are beautiful spots for swimming, picnicking, and BBQing.Hiking trails that enter Molly Stark State Park are right out the door (and 10 minutes away by car from the main entrance), Hogback Mountain is 10 minutes away, and Haystack Mountain is 15 minutes away.The house is very family friendly with lots of games to choose from, a 55” tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu available and ready to watch on those cold nights.This house comes with all the amenities Chimney Hill has to offer: Indoor and outdoor pools, HOT TUB, rec room, game center/community room.Sleep comfortably with separate heat control in all bedrooms.
