With a patio as well as an upper deck with grill in addition to a fire pit, you will have plenty of options to enjoy time with your group. Inside, you will have 3 smart Roku TVs and blazing-fast wifi!This house is perfect for a large family or friends get-together for skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking leaf-peeping or even working remotely.You will have access to the right-hand unit of this beautiful duplex, including the right-hand patio, deck, and yard areas, including the fire pit.Our team is local, so reach out if you have questions as needed.Killington Road is the heart of everything in Killington with many options for eating, and after hours entertainment. BearLeft is located well to take advantage of it all.You will have three parking spots at the property. If more parking is needed, additional space is available nearby on request.Parking is limited to three cars onsite, if you have more vehicles, please let us know and we will provide you with an offsite place to park.Please note: If you need a pack ‘n play or a high chair – these must be requested in advance. When you reach out to us, we can provide a link to request these for a fee via BabyQuip.• Our entire home including the two outdoor decks is non-smoking (e-cigs included). Smoking is only allowed in the parking lot or outdoor fire pit. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.• Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.• In renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury, harm, or death resulting from the use of ladders and bunk beds.• For your safety and ours, we have an outdoor camera aimed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.• The fire pit must be attended at all times when burning a fire. At the end of its use, extinguish the fire entirely with the garden hose that is located around back.
