As soon as you open the front gate, you will be welcomed with lush tropical landscape.The property is located in the coveted Kahala neighborhood, a five minute walk to the luxurious Kahala Hotel and a ten minute walk to Kahala Mall where you will find restaurants, shops and Whole Foods market. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and a fantastic area for walking or biking.The main house is over 3000 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms. A large master bedroom which also has a sitting and tv area. Both the second and third bedrooms have large bay windows over looking the pool and the other looking out onto the lush landscaped property. The house is spacious with a Living Room and a Great Room to relax in. The pool in the backyard is enormous with lots of space to sit and enjoy the sun.The house is very typical of old Hawaii, everything on one level, except a sunken living room, very warm feeling upon entering the home with lots of big windows throughout. Nearly every room in the home has a vaulted ceiling, which gives the house a spacious feeling.The property has plenty of parking with both a garage and a driveway and is only a short two mile drive to Diamond Head lookout and state park.
