Just a short drive from Beaufort’s lively downtown and arts district, waterfront restaurants and shops and the gorgeous Spanish Moss Trail, the best of Beaufort is at your fingertips!We offer a complimentary beach pass with access to South Carolina beaches and state parks. This includes free admission to the historic lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park and the historic Atalaya Castle at Huntington Beach State Park.Inside:- Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen that opens onto the back deck – ideal for staying in to cook family meals or enjoy late night drinks- Living room with large comfortable couch (also is a queen sleeper sofa) and smart TV- Primary bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and plenty of closet space- Second bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted to a king bed with advance notice) and ceiling fan- Full bathroom with shower and tub- Dining room with seating for 4 – or can also be the perfect spot to work from home (if you must!)-Washer/dryer with complimentary laundry suppliesOutside:- Back deck with patio furniture-Gas grill- Big backyard for your pup and/or kids to run around- Fire pit with Adirondack chairsGuests have access to the entire home with the exception of one owner’s closet.Pet Policy: We absolutely adore dogs and would love to welcome yours! We must be notified at the time of booking and prior to your arrival that you’ll be bringing a pup (1 dog max). There is a $125 pet fee and owners are responsible for all waste pick up and any potential damage. All dogs must be house trained.We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.We’re happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing.
