Over the years, we had the chance to help our guests make memories for a lifetime while they enjoyed the Clearwater area and our condo.The condo is located at the second (top) floor in a quiet area. Renovated and tastefully decorated, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with european shower, washer and dryer, a large walk-in closet and a spacious, secluded terrace. The King sized bed and a large, comfortable sofa (not a sofa bed) provide the sleeping accommodation for 3 guests.Communication and entertainment are at your fingertips – 55″ Flat screen HDTV in the living room, a smart TV in the bedroom, unlimited 100 Mbps WiFi Internet, free unlimited long distance telephone calls to US and Canada. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towells and coolers, as well as linen, pillows, bath towels, hair dryer and more.The Avalon features a spacious clubhouse offering 24/7 WiFi Internet access, a large salt water heated swimming pool with a barbecue area, as well as a fitness center which is always open. Within walking distance from restaurants, Publix supermarket and other shopping centers, you will never run out of daily necessities. The complex has numerous free places to park.The Avalon is a gated community resort style, only 5-8 minutes away from Clearwater Beach on the Gulf of Mexico – voted many times as the #1 Beach in the US. It is close to Florida’s major attractions – Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Busch Gardens.
