If you are considering a trip to Maui, please know that you are welcome. Our condo is located in Wailea, which is in South Maui. We would love to help keep our cleaners, handyman and property rep all busy with steady incomes, along with local businesses and restaurant workers alike.Welcome to paradise! At a time when their was much uncertainty in the world, we made a big decision to purchase in May 2021, as our lifelong dream is to snowbird in Maui. Washer/Dryer, beach chairs & beach towels provided for your enjoyment. 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, lounge chairs & BBQ’s for guest use.Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance to an ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining without being in the center of the noise.We love the Wailea area, and the beautiful surroundings that makes Grand Champions the perfect vacation destination.
