The views from our 19th floor condo are amazing!Unlike many other condos, we do have two full baths and 940 sq. ft. of living space. That extra bathroom comes in very handy!Wyndham’s Emerald Beach Resort is a five-star resort located directly on the world’s most beautiful sugar-white beach. We love the family-friendly atmosphere at Emerald Beach. There are three pools, two of them heated, and one is a kids’ pool located right beside a family pool. The kids’ pool has splash buckets that fill and then dump the water in the pool. There is also a mushroom fountain, as well as a no-step, zero entrance area for those toddlers. Of course, hot tubs are available at all the pools, as well as a tiki bar and a snack bar.The beach is just steps away from the tower’s door. You will love the convenience this allows.When you arrive, you will have a code to enter the room, so there is no long wait to check in. You can choose valet parking or just unload the luggage at the entrance and then park your car in the covered garage across the street. Walk across the sky bridge SKY BAR and go down the escalator to the high-speed elevators to Emerald Beach. (Sky Bridge is on level 3 of the parking garage where there is also an unloading area with lots of luggage carts.)Our condo has a MASTER BEDROOM with a king-sized bed, large dresser, and closet. There is a full bath in the master bedroom with a garden tub/shower. A 27 inch plasma TV is on the dresser. There is a stroller in the closet if you need it.The HALLWAY has sturdy, comfortable bunk beds built in to the recess with a second full bathroom beside them. It also has a tub/shower combination. A laundry closet is also located in the hallway with a washer and dryer for your convenience. (new washer/dryer in 2021)Coming down the hall, you will be amazed at the large LIVING ROOM and KITCHEN! The slab granite countertops are beautiful, and GE Profile appliances are included. There is a huge double-door pantry in the kitchen. There is also a long breakfast bar with two sturdy bar stools for extra seating while eating or just talking to the cook. The kitchen looks out the floor to ceiling sliding doors that give that direct view of the Gulf of Mexico.The Living Room is very spacious. The condo has about 940 square feet inside, so you can spread out and enjoy the room. We have a queen sized sleeper sofa (new in 2020) in the living room for added sleep space if you need it. There is also a dining table and four chairs. We have left some games, books, movies etc. under the TV console which holds the 42 inch plasma TV. There is also a DVD player attached to the TV. Cable television and wireless internet are provided for your convenience.The floor to ceiling sliding doors take you out to the large BALCONY where you are sure to spend a great deal of time. There are four Adirondack chairs with two tables for your morning coffee or in the evening as you watch the amazing sunsets over the Gulf. One nice thing about the balcony is that it is private with no view of other condo balconies! We also have beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and several beach toys on the balcony. PLEASE take care of them if you use them and put them back in neat order for the next guest to enjoy.There is a STARBUCKS in the lobby! There is a SKY BAR (sports bar) over Front Beach Road, the only one in Panama City Beach. The workout room helps you work off those Starbucks calories! There is also a gift shop beside Starbucks. Activities are planned daily at the resort for children and adults. Look for the monthly activity calendar posted in several spots.Location, location, location. Emerald Beach Resort is located on the quieter West End of the beach and only one mile from PIER PARK! Pier Park is a shoppers paradise with more shopping choices added yearly. It also has numerous restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville and The Back Porch. Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge has live music or you could go to the 16 screen mega plex movie theater. Pier Park is the happening place on the beach and you are right there. Target and a super WalMart are just down the street for groceries and supplies. Runaway Island restaurant is next door to Emerald Beach! Several others are in walking distance.Golfing, Frank Brown Sports Park, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island water park, Dolphin cruises, Pirate cruises, Shell Island, St. Andrews park, diving, fishing, parasailing….and the list goes on and on. Come visit.
