And the Windward Building is located at the quiet end of the resort! Resort is doing concrete work 3/11-5/21, there is a possibility of some noise during the work process!!This place has it all for everybody. Tee times for Dad, massages for Mom, tennis lessons for the teenagers (when they’re not cruising up and down the strip) and a kid’s club!Now let me tell you about your place!It is a beautiful 1st floor unit!The LIVING ROOM’s got plenty of sitting are and there’s queen sofa that’s good for sleeping two. Flat Screen TV with cable so that when you’re not on the beach, at the pool, on the course, in the spa, you can tune into dozens of different channels. Or if you want, flip open your laptop and surf the web on the high speed internet that’s available. But if you’re doing all that instead of spending time on those sugar white sand beaches you’re really missing the boat. They’re spectacular. The best in Florida, I think. And the water’s why they call this the Emerald Coast.The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen bed. Of course, there’s a TV so that you can relax while the kid’s are napping. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear. You even have high speed internet access.The MASTER BATHROOM has a beautiful granite sink with shower. And there’s a second bath as well.The full KITCHEN area’s big enough to fix a meal but it doesn’t eat up all the space. You’ll love all the upgrades.If you want to eat in and spend some family time there’s a roomy table.The Washer/Dryer is easy to get to in the unit so you can keep everybody in clean clothes.With this bedroom and the pull-out sleeper sofa you’ll comfortably sleep 4.The resort also offers- onsite coffee and ice cream shop- kids splash zone- heated winter pools- gym-9 hole golf course (with a 36 hole course nearby)-Close to Pier Park, shopping, restaurants, water park, attractions, boating, fishing, golfingYou must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
