The kitchen has been completely updated with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area features seating for 6. The Master Bedroom features a flat screen TV, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway, leading to another full hall bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The guest bedroom also features a flat screen TV as well as two twin beds.Evian is a beautiful private community with its own pond, community pool, and community tennis courts.
