Lynn’s Linda Marie is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome located in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort that is only steps (0.3 mile) away from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. We offer a beautiful 1476 square foot townhome on a corner lot. It is beautifully decorated in a classic coastal style with beautiful furniture. This spotless, elegant and tranquil unit can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably and has everything needed for the perfect vacation. Upstairs you will find the sleeping quarters. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, TV with Cable, as well as a large walk-in closet. The first guest’s bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed is equipped with a 27 inch TV with cable, as well as a large closet. The Third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and is equipped with a TV with cable, as well as a large closet and has an attached bathroom. Downstairs, the living area is an open floor plan. The living room is equipped with a 50 inch Flat screen TV/DVD Combination with comfortable recliners and a full hide a bed sofa. Dining table for 6 with breakfast bar and 5 bar stools. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with all of the comforts of home. Washer and dryer are also downstairs. This unit also offers a separate den with 32 inch TV with cable. There is a spacious back deck with a propane grill for grilling out.About us…: Why rent from us? We love Panama City Beach!
