Relax in the screened in porch with Uptown views. The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with coffered ceilings and a gorgeous bath. This home is walkable to Uptown and very close to all that Charlotte has to offer!The spaceThis home has a very cozy open floor plan. There is a three season screened in porch off of the living room that allows for seasonal Uptown views and a great reminder of the convenience of the location. Guests are greeted with off street parking for two to three cars. After a long day of enjoying CLT be sure to relax in the large garden tub in the master bedroom! FYI, there are two security cameras on this property, both are exterior – one monitors the driveway and the other monitors the front doorway entrance – all activity in these locations is recorded for our mutual security…Guest accessGuests have access to the whole house and fenced in yard. *There is a third bedroom that guests will not have access to unless agreed to prior to their arrival.Other things to notePets are welcome although they have to be accepted prior to booking. There will be a pet fee of $50 charge per pet. This fee will be added to the initial booking fee through Airbnb. ***If you have allergies, please realize that pets do occupy this home every once in a while.
