Bed Sizes are: 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Single Trundle, and 2 Single Sleeper Sofas. Total Capacity: 7Amenities include: Wireless Internet, 3 Cable TVs, DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Central AC/Heat. The kitchen has new cabinets, a breakfast bar, and granite countertops. New flooring throughout, with upscale laminate on the main floor and bathrooms, and new carpet in the bedrooms. All furniture is brand new. Both bathrooms have been renovated, and a half bath has been added to the main floor. The Living Area has two Sleeper Sofas (Singles). Living area, dining area, the balcony and the half bath are on the main floor, with two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. The master suite has been remodeled to include a private desk space for computers and games. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, and the master bath has a new vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed with a Single Trundle. The hall bath has a tub shower and new vanity. Litchfield Retreat is located across the street from the access to the beach and offers a swimming pool, picnic area with charcoal grills, three elevators, and two laundry rooms on each floor with coin operated washer/ dryers, and an outdoor open shower area to rinse off the saltwater and sand.Saturday to Saturday RentalNo Smoking.
