The entire villa has been freshly painted & there is new carpet and tile throughout.The main level offers a cozy living area ideal for entertaining, a large flatscreen TV, a sunny dining area with seating for six, a breakfast bar with additional seating, a small workstation, a half-bath, and a full-size washer/dryer. The leaded-glass front door allows for plenty of natural light & the entire staircase has been renovated with modern posts and cable-railing.
