The driveway approaches from the back, which is on Pelican Street. Parking space and a number of extra amenities, include a faucet and hose, a large enclosed shower with hot and cold water plus changing area, a fish- cleaning sink with hot and cold water and work surface.An air-conditioned bonus room with small bay windows serves as a rustic tiki bar, with bar and bar stools. This little hideaway on the ground level is completely separate from the rest of the house. Lush green grass adds to the attractiveness of views from porches on front and back.Sleeping accommodations are available for up to 8 people. On one side is a bedroom and bathroom, which has a tub with shower and marble-topped cabinets. The children’s room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds share this bath. On the opposite side is a full bedroom with a bathroom in the hall off the living room.Wrap-around countertops in the kitchen are marble, as are the vanity tops in the bathrooms. The modern kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with external ice dispenser. The dining area seats 8.
