This beautiful home was built in 2005 and just went through a year-long major renovation to get it vacation rental ready.Located just 3/10 of a mile from the pier village area and just under a mile to the beach, this location is absolutely perfect! Just steps to restaurants, shops, night life, oceanfront park, the pier, lighthouse and many other nearby sights as well as a short ride to the beaches of St Simons Island.When you are ready for some down time after your island adventures, a gated, luxurious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a heated pool (for an additional charge) and hot tub awaits you. Once inside you will be greeted with an open floor plan with a modern and fully-stocked kitchen, dining table that seats 8 and kitchen bar that seats 2. Ample room in the living room plenty of seating for watching the big game on the wall-mounted smart TV.Just off the living room and kitchen, you will find a powder room on your walk down the hall that leads to the back porch and fabulous back yard featuring a salt water pool and hot tub. In addition, there is a master-on-main with king bedding, en suite bath, smart tv and a private back door that directs you straight to the pool.Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first is a master on the second level with king bedding and en suite bath. The last two bedrooms share a hallway bath with one bedroom sporting a queen sized bed and the other with a set of twin beds.* Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $400.CHECK IN: 4:00 pmCHECK OUT: 10:00 am• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).• No pets are allowed at this property.• Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway and under the carport.• Approximately 1.8 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, walk three blocks to Pier Village!Minimum age to rent is 25.
