Our well appointed 6 bedroom, 4 bath villa is located in the Indian Creek Development just 4 miles from Disney. If you enjoy a pleasant walk, there is plenty of shopping, restaurants and a full sized grocery store about 3/4 of a mile from theVilla. There is an Outback restaurant, a TGIF, an IHOP, Subway, Taco Bell, DairyQueen, Bone Fish Grill and many more restaurants on RT. 192. Margaritaville Resort is just 4 miles by car. There are also prestigious golf courses such as Highland Reserve and Mystic Dunes Golf Club close by.Accommodations:Our vacation Villa is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen even a Keurig coffee machine. There are full sized appliances, even a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Towels and linens are provided.There are 2 master bedrooms that have an en suite bathrooms which lead into the screened in pool area. There are king size beds in the master suites. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed, the 4th and 5th and 6th bedrooms have twin beds. There are 2 cots located in the master bedroom closet for use also.Entertainment:This magnificent Villa has a T.V. and DVD in every bedroom and a 46 inch TV in the lounge area. There is a varity of DVD movies. There is, Playstation 2 system with games, Wii Game system, books and a computer with high speed Internet and Free wireless connection.The Villa also has a Games Room with a full size pool table, air hockey table, and foozball table .The Villa is child friendly situated on one level so there are no stairs to worry about.We have 2 cots, 2 high chairs for your use and a child safety fence by the built-in pool and spa.There is also a park with a soccer net that you can walk to. It also has a children’s playground. There are tennis courts, basketball courts and a putting green within the development that is available for your use.For the comfort of other guests there is no smoking andno pets in the villa.
