Description
Your 6 bedroom beautiful home is equipped with a full sized kitchen, living room and dining room. Furthermore, you have your own private backyard, in ground pool(extra fee for pool heated ). BBQ available one time fee $65 for your stay!Close to major highway,15 to 20 miles to Walt Disney world theme parks.It is a two story home with 1 master bedroom on the main floor and 5 bedrooms upstairs. There is also a total of 4 bathrooms, so no need to wait in line for the shower! There is a play room with Foosball table, Pool table and Air Hockey.The whole house is yours, this is your space!Also, this is VERY important, guests who book our home must a picture of GOVERNMENT I.D after they’ve booked the home and for check in!GUEST INTERACTION:The check-in is self serve, you will be given the check in instruction two days before your check-in date. Therefore, you will not have to waste time and meet someone for keys! As for interaction, you can always call/email/ message me if you have any issues and I’ll have my host resolve your issue immediately!NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:The beautiful Orlando neighborhood is kind and friendly! It is also a calm and quiet neighborhood, so please respect your neighbors! Located about a 20 minute drive to Walt Disney Resort and about 30 minute drive to Universal Studios and Sea World! PUBLIX Grocery store just about 8 minute drive for all your grocery needs.GETTING AROUND:FREE PARKING as you have your own private parking lot in front of the house, Motor home NOT allowed in Four Corners community. It is perfect for your family car rental. Uber is extremely beneficial as it is much cheaper than Taxi’s. (You’ll save about 30% on fares)OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:the pool heating runs from 9am to 9pm!Please bring your bathing suit as you have access to your own in ground pool! There’s no pool towels available to use and limited toilet paper. However, please bring detergent if you plan on washing and drying your clothes! There is a dryer if you need it. Furthermore, the kitchen has utensils, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, pots and pans. NO SMOKING INDOORS, please smoke outside!We have also add video camera outside of the house. We’ve added this for security reasons. What I mean by that is that we make sure that no robberies happen and our furniture or anything is stolen. More importantly, it also PROTECTS you while you are away at either disney or doing any activities outside.Do not worry, there is absolutely no cameras in the inside.Also, this is VERY important, guests who book our home must a picture of GOVERNMENT I.D after they’ve booked the home and for check in!
