Additionally, located within easy walking distance to the beach, this villa offers a recently resurfaced tennis court and 3 onsite pools and is close to all the activities offered by Coligny shops and restaurants.The villa includes a living room with TV and a sofa that extends into a queen sized bed suitable for 2 children. The kitchen with breakfast bar offers all new appliances, i.e. stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The dining area offers seating for four.The master bedroom has a queen bed with TV and full private bath. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle and it too has a private bath. Completing the second floor is a stackable washer and dryer.* Please note, the pools in this community are open from April through October.* This unit is peft friendly. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted for an additional fee.
