This lovely home is very close to Montana Ave. boutiques, great restaurants and the beach is a 5 minute drive!! What is near? Downtown Santa Monica, Venice beach, Malibu, Brentwood country Mart, Santa Monica Pier and much more! This is a family friendly neighborhood. Many schools are around the area. The house is polished and very well kept. Living room windows opens to the the entertainment plaza, allowing the cool breezes in and creating a lovely blur between inside and out. A large chef-quality kitchen. Each room has their own TV. Those who prefer a more social outdoor experience may gather in patio and find a comfortable seat in generous lounge area. Its lovely spot to share a glass of wine and laughter with friends, old and new,NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED. Looking to host friendly, considerate and clean people. If you don’t obey the property rules and instructions, your security deposit will be forfeited.
