Apartment very well located, on the edge of the complex, on the 3rd floor, with elevator. It is made up of 2 connecting rooms. The first has a 1.90 m by 1.60 m bed, and air conditioning. This bedroom gives access to a second bedroom with a 1.80 m by 1.40 m bed.There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.The apartment has a very nice view, of the sea, the golf course and also the Teide.The terrace, facing south, will allow you to enjoy the sun and the pleasant climate of Tenerife.It has an electric remote control awning.The French window and the windows are fitted with mosquito nets.Parque Albatros is a quiet complex, well maintained and secure (access by magnetic card). which has a large heated swimming pool, supervised and surrounded by beautiful wooded gardens.A small playground is dedicated to children. A space is also reserved for them, in the swimming pool.There is also a bar, overlooking the pool, a restaurant, children’s entertainment and evening shows.The complex has direct access to the Atlantic avenue (restaurants), close to the sea.
