Grab a casual bite to eat at 5 Loaves, without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Charleston, or for fine dining and authentic Italian cuisine, head to Trattoria Lucca near the MUSC campus. For dessert, check out Sugar Bakeshop on Cannon, and shop local threads at Rogue Wave Surf Shop or Continuum Skate Shop on Spring Street.
