A $150 pet fee applies for all guests who bring a pet. Failure to disclose dog prior to check-in will result in a $250 pet fee (additional dogs will result in this fee as well).STRICT CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Guests are welcome to check-in after 4 p.m. but will not be able to enter the condo unless pre-approved by property management. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. unless pre-approved by property management.POOL WRISTBANDS: Starting March 1, 2021 there is a one- time $25 per person (over the age of 3) wristband fee that allows access to both pools and all the resort amenities that you will pay directly the beach club PRIOR to your arrival online. Details will be emailed once reservation is confirmed.The unit has a ring alarm system that allows video surveillance on the outside entryway.COVID 19 POLICY:Although we do not foresee this happening, if Galveston should decide to close the beaches during your stay, or if the Pointe West facilities limit occupancy to less than 50% at the pools, we will allow you to cancel your reservation with a full refund. If you have already checked in and decide to leave early, you will get a pro-rated refund for the unused days. If you need to cancel due to to COVID – 19, we recommend purchasing a trip insurance policy that covers this.However, if you do need to cancel because someone in your party has tested positive for COVID or your employer is restricting travel due to COVID, and you don’t have insurance that covers this, we want to be reasonable:* The entire party is not coming, and you need to completely cancel your reservation, then first of all, our regular cancellation policy applies.*If cancellation is no longer available under our regular cancellation policy, and you need to cancel due to COVID then we will credit back to you 65% of the rent we get if we can fill your slot with another guest. We will also refund your cleaning fee in full if you haven’t checked in yet, plus the applicable taxes.*You must be able to provide some evidence of the reason for cancellation – such as a doctor’s note, test results or employer’s letter.*Shortly after booking, you will be asked to name your guests – this way we already have their names should this situation arise.
