Our home is new to the rental market with awesome new owners who love the beach and can’t wait to share their home with you! Our home is beautifully decorated with unbelievable ocean views. This condo feels like home, a perfect beach escape for couples, families and friends to enjoy. Our condo is fully equipped with new furniture, including a brand new sofa. We are in a private gated community close to shopping, golf, and miles of beach to explore.Our home is on the third level. This condo faces Santa Cruz which lets you experience spectacular sunsets. Step out your patio door and listen to the ocean waves. There are ramps up to the first and second level. For third level condos, there are about 10 steps up to our home. There is a King bed in the master and a Queen & Bunk bed in the guest room. Great for a family getaway or couples retreat!Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!
