Walk across the street for easy access to the playground and tennis/basketball courts. Conveniently located close to several restaurants, Wawa, Acme, ice cream store and a bike rental shop. Just a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk.This lovely single family beach house provides:-fully equipped kitchen, dining area, family room with gas fireplace, 2.5 baths, and 4 spacious bedrooms:-bedroom 1 has a full bed,-bedroom 2 has a queen bed,-bedroom 3 has a queen bed and twin bed,-bedroom 4 has a king bedEnjoy 4 complimentary beach tags. We have cable TV and WiFi, modern washer/dryer, split system air conditioner & heater, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, gas range/oven, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, etc. There is a private outside shower and a detached shed that contains complimentary use of our beach chairs, beach buggy, and beach toys for the kids. We provide plenty of beach and bath towels. Linens can be provided at the renter’s request.We do not rent to school, prom, or senior week groups – No Exceptions
