Walk to the boardwalk and all your favorite places…This is a true Beach Cottage with modern upgrades like Central AC and a Rinnai “Forever Hot Water” heater, never a cold shower. Crisp, clean, and colorful rooms and a great front porch. A nice walk to the Casino and the free nightly outdoor shows at the Sea Shell (exactly a .6 mile walk from the house), and it’s about a 2 blocks to the beach.On the first floor, you’ll find a large living room with a Foosball Table, XfinityX1 WiFi and 42″ Roku HDTV (we do not have regular “cable TV”, just strong Internet for the Roku TV and all your devices). The dining room and kitchen are right off the living room, the gas grill just outside the kitchen door. Full bathroom right on the 1st floor.4 Bedrooms on the second floor:Bedroom #1 – one queen bedBedroom #2 – one full bedBedroom #3 – one queen bedBedroom #4 – 2 twin bedsThere is also a ½ bathroom on the 2nd floor.The Lazy Parrot will sleep 8 in beds. If you have a large group, this property at 7 P St has 11 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms total and could sleep 24 total and park 6+ cars if all are booked together.Right out your door you’ll find the Coffee Break Cafe, Patriot Convenience Store, Sabos sub, Stacey Janes Karaoke Bar, and The Ocean Wok.
