This two bedroom, two bath vacation rental offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. The Royal Seafarer amenities include a heated pool with plenty of chaise and umbrella tables with chairs, a shaded picnic area for lunch or snack, two tennis courts, fitness room, and comfortable community room with free WiFi and large screen HD-TV . The Royal Seafarer is located in the middle of the island’s beach and just a short stroll from the four-star Marriott and it’s amenities including beach dining and drinks. HOA application fee $100.00 DISCLAIMER: Amenities and furnishings are subject to change without notice. PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles.
