A fabulous queen size bed, with new mattress lets you sleep like a baby. Built in cabinetry for the bedroom provides 2 clothes storage units for all you clothing. Lounge in bed while you watch the flat screen mounted on the bedroom wall. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa along with a love seat which provides a full sleeper. Kick back and enjoy the fabulous ocean view while watching th 50″ flat screen tv mounted on the wall! The open floor plan allows you to enjoy the ocean view from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked ands itch cookware and has all new appliances. Nothing can top our ocean view, you can see it for miles. Enjoy watching the Dolphins play, the boats sailing bye or a beautiful sunrise or sunset. So whether your on the beach or relaxing inside you will get a taste of our little piece of heaven!Parking is at the base of east tower and is gated, you must pay the COA $30 upon arrival for parking fee and display your pass in the windshield you whole stay.Arm bands must be purchased from the COA upon arrival for $5 per person and worn while you are on the property.Laundry is on the first floor.
