Our site number is 5115. This home is very modern and well kept.Our house is located in a gated community with so much to offer. Each visitor will have access to 18-hole mini golf, 80+ arcade games multiple playgrounds, an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kid splash zone, lazy river, and two big water slides. There are snack bars, mini grocery store, ice cream shops, recreation center, and so much more.Enjoy your time downstairs with our outdoor tv and seating area, or enjoy our nice size deck upstairs. Inside, there is cable TV, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer and dryer, as well as WiFi to keep everyone happy.We offer 3 bedrooms sleeping 6-8 people. Maximum of 6 adults.Master Bedroom – 1 King bed with private ensuite full bathroomBedroom 2 – 1 King bed with access to shared bathroomBedroom 3 – Bunk Beds with Queen bed on top and bottom as well as access to shared bathroom*Linens are NOT included. NO SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED.**Visitors must obtain a visitors pass through Ocean Lakes. Renters will request for passes through the Ocean Lakes Portal, which we will initiate. Fee is $12-$15 per vehicle per night.***MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house.
