This house has been beautifully updated with hardwood floors throughout. All of the appliances, beds, mattresses and couches are newer. There are 2 outdoor showers, a large patio with a Weber grill and newer patio furniture to relax on. we have at your disposal, 12 beach bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to help carry it all to the beach; just a short 5-8 minute walk, or a 3 minute bike ride away. 5 beach passes are included.
