The community boasts a resort style pool with a waterslide, and kids splash area. Also in the community are basketball courts, tennis courts, pickle board courts, bocce ball, shuffle board, frisbee golf, and a fitness center. The community has over two miles of jogging/walking/biking paths that wind through and overlook beautiful lakes and wildlife. There is also a fishing pier conveniently located in the community. Surfside shops are in walkable distance from the home as well!
