Second bedroom has full sized bed with wall mounted TV and full bath directly across the hall. Living room with new queen sleeper sofa, a large screen wall mounted TV and Dining area with table that seats 4 and eating bar with seating for two. Two large swimming pools one heated year round, two hot tubs, great workout room and outside grills are provided. Linens and dishes/pans are provided. Ample covered parking garage leads you directly to the community gas grills and wooden deck walkway to the beach. Lay by the pool and just relax in the sun or visit any of the close by attractions including Pier Park with great restaurants and shopping, fishing, golfing or try your luck at the Ebro dog tracks.
